The Rhino™ E-10 is recommended for spraying two to four truck beds per day and small jobs 1000 square feet or less. The two day tanks hold up to seven gallons (70 lbs) of liquid each and at 1/8 inch thickness you can cover 180 square feet before refilling the tanks. It will take approximately one hour to heat the chemicals each cycle.
It is also recommended that hose heat be added to aid in the spray process. The addition of hose heat will allow the operator the opportunity to start and stop without loss of the spray pattern.
The E-10 offers a number of advantages including:
• On/Off trigger capability allows the ability to spray small or intricate parts or thinner coats
• Ability to control output and spray pattern with various gun configurations
• Compact, portable wheeled cart allows you to move the unit closer to the job and occupies less space with self contained seven gallon per side material tanks
• Primary heaters allowing for quick startup times with urethane/urea and aliphatic systems.
